Terms & Conditions

NOTE: There's still parking during Padre games because they suck this year. (No Disrespect)

By reserving this studio, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in early termination of your booking without refund. Additionally, any damage caused by non-compliance may incur additional fines.


  1. No shoes on the rug.

  2. No standing on the furniture, including couches.

  3. No food or drinks on the furniture and rugs.

  4. No smoking inside the building.

  5. No alcohol inside the building.

  6. Absolutely no pets allowed.

  7. Do not disturb neighbors; loud music and loitering in the building's hallways are strictly prohibited.

  8. Children are not permitted, unless they are required for the purpose of a photoshoot/film.

  9. Burning of candles is not allowed.

  10. The studio door must be closed at all times.

  11. Only chairs and small items such as books, columns, vases, etc. can be moved; do not touch or relocate hung art.

  12. Avoid using feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, smoke machines, weapons, or any small particles that are difficult to clean. Failure to do so may result in a damage fee, especially if couches or rugs are left with glitter, flowers, or other small particles.



You are responsible for leaving the loft in the same condition as it was before your booking. The loft will be inspected before and after your booking period. Any damages to the property or furniture will result in charges billed.



The loft does not have soundproofing so be respectful of our neighbors and do not play extremely loud music. The inside of the building is generally very quiet. Furthermore, due to its proximity to Fire Station 4, the studio occasionally experiences the sound of fire engine noises.


There is no complimentary overtime. To avoid overtime charges, please ensure that all crew, guests, and equipment are outside of the room when the booking period ends. Overtime fees will be charged at double the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.



Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time and receive a full refund (including all fees). Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time will receive a 50% refund (excluding fees). Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.



  • Failure to return furniture to its original location may result in fees starting at $50.

  • If you require furniture to be moved, please contact us or add it as an "ADD ON" charge.



All bookings must comply with the COVID-19 CDC guidelines. Please refer to this link for more information: [insert CDC guidelines link]. The space will be disinfected after each use, and hand sanitizer will be provided. The bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway for easy access to handwashing and paper towels, if needed.
